In this course, knowledge is produced by the partnership between drawing, model and water, our signature element. Large format pool environments, sports marines, yacht clubs and nautical luxurious infrastructure are designed at different scales. We know the power and the characteristics of water and the lifestyles that are induced around it. Learn a unique approach to incorporate water into a project or do the project over and under water. This knowledge will help you tackle today’s complex challenges with the development of newly-defined mixed use real estate projects in collaboration with other disciplines and to define the program of activities, including world-class health, wellness and lifestyle amenities that are closely related to water and yacht club infrastructure. In addition, you will learn how to design the slips and all the components that are part of a waterfront development project and the dynamics of open ocean water acting upon it.
